i LOVE BOOKS.

i love to read.

i love the way they feel.

i love turning the pages, and i love surrounding myself with them.

i can't get enough of them.

even if i don't have much time to read these days . . .

i actually do not allow myself to go to bookstores anymore as i cannot help myself and will buy too many.

i was talking to a friend tonight about her bookshelves . . . here are some great looking bookcases that i hope will inspire you to organize your precious books.

throw in some color and objects to make them interesting . . .

rearrange them horizontally and vertically . . .

bookshelves DO NOT have to be white. remember that. and remember you can paint the backs of them a fun color to add some spunk . . .

hanging art on shelves always adds a bit of interest . . .

bookshelves as a room divider in a small space is a GREAT idea . . .

over a doorway is a great way to add some storage space . . .

i like the splash of color on these shelves . . .

why not organize them by color . . .
