please rescue from the pain or rather HELL that is spring cleaning . . . i am like a crazy person right now . . . going through every room (albeit our house isn't enormous, so it's manageable) and editing.
perhaps some of my favorite flowers will make the experience all the more tolerable.
i shall treat myself . . .
as should you.
all images courtesy domino magazine & house beautiful.
but august morgan's pillows have me head over heels . . . these aren't your granny's needlepoint pillows, they have a fresh updated vibe.
this austin based company takes vintage needlework and transforms them in to one of a kind pieces . . . or pillows i should say.
they are lovely as is the designer . . .
want your own?
visit www.augustmorgan.com but don't stop there . . . she's constantly updating her inventory so contact her if you are looking for a certain color, aesthetic . . . whatever.
love them or hate them . . . the saarinen tulip chair (and it's designer imposter) is not for the faint of heart . . . it's a statement and frankly only a select few can authentically pull it off . . . for some it just seems like they are trying too hard . . . and for others it just goes perfectly, so perfectly that the chair wouldn't even get a second look in their home because it's just so "them."
got landscaping on my mind . . . too bad i have NO gardening skills whatsoever . . . although i am pretty excited to see the red tulip bulbs, my daughter and i planted to match our front door, pop up . . . they are sprouting.
